Very striking and unconventional, but beautifully made. Tons of fruit aromas, from dried apples and candied orange peel to black tea leaves. Then, a generous palate that carries the substantial tannins very nicely.

Most people will call this a natural wine, but I think it’s more correct to say that its a skin-fermented white. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
