Features a light-weight aluminum frame with easy snap together connections. Fill each included 16 inch vinyl base that holds up to 45 pounds of web sand. For outdoor use it s recommended to attach floor flanges to a wooden base for greater stability. Inflate with air-filled 9 inch or 11 inch balloons. Bases and balloons not included.
